DCon UK 2021 — A Small Taste of the First Ever DesignerCon London! [Preview Gallery]

LA’s popular DesignerCon is heading to London. Let’s see what’s in store at DCon UK 2021!

DesignerCon has always made waves in Anaheim, California, and now the buzz is going international with the first ever DCON UK!

Year upon year, DCon has enjoyed ever-growing success with greater attendance each time, so it’s no wonder they’re branching out. With last year’s celebrations being forced online, we can expect DesignerCon London to be a big return to in-person events!

What Is DCon UK?

DCon UK will feature a ton of collectibles, designer toys, merchandise, street art, and lots more! There will definitely be plenty of exclusives, so keep your eyes peeled for some rare pieces to take home.

The UK version will be held at the ExCeL Centre in Newham, East London. DCon’s exciting debut across the pond will be lasting from this August 20-22.

Who Will Be at DCon UK?

There will be well over 100 artists at DCon, so we couldn’t possibly list them all here! But as a flavour, you’ll find booths by those like Christopher Luke, Jon-Paul Kaiser, Dark Heartwood, 2petalrose, Balkong Toys, The Toy Chronicle, and a ton more.

Toy artists aside, DCon UK promises to have discussions and speaking events by Jon-Paul Kaiser, The Toy Chronicle Big Boss Gary Rozanski, RYCA, czee13, and others. The event schedule can be found here.

Perhaps to the chagrin of some and definitely to the delight of others, DCon UK is also slated to have an NFT Studio. Here, notable speakers will cover topics like Platforms to Mint and Create NFTs and How to Sell An NFT.

DCon UK Previews

We do not know exactly how many exclusives there will be or what they will be, but fear not! Some of the exclusives and designer toys that will be at DCon are in the following gallery.

General Admission tickets cost £20 (£10 for students), and V.I.P tickets are set at £50. All tickets are available now over on the DCon UK website. Door tickets will be £5 more expensive.
