Never fear, BOXCAT63 is here!! Veteran toy artist, Ratokim (aka Rato Kim), the one and only mastermind behind the world famous BoxCat, is lending her power to the Bulletpunk Death Squad in their tireless fight against H.I.V.E. and the deadly Mecha Will Rise Tribe.
Based in South Korea, Ratokim exploded onto the scene in 2015 and has since produced resin, sofubi, and blindbox versions of her Boxcat and other platforms, all while partnering with some of the biggest IPs in the world. BOXCAT63, however, is her first foray into the Bulletpunk Universe.
BOXCAT63 shows all the hallmarks of Quiccs’ TEQ63. With that unmistakable mask and triple-stripes throughout, Ratokim nails the aesthetic without losing the chubby cuteness that is Boxcat. According to preview pics, the toy comes in a shoebox, perfectly on-brand for the collab.
BOXCAT63 is all resin and hand-painted by the artist. It measures about 2.75 inches tall and is limited to just 39 pieces.
To enter the lottery for this piece, you must send an email to ratokim@gmail.com on January 30 @ 11AM KST / January 29 @ 9PM EST. The content of that email has yet to be announced.
