Pre-Orders:

When will my preorder(s) arrive & ship?

 Each product will have an estimated arrival time. Our artists and vendors supply us with these estimated arrival times and we try to keep them as up to date as possible. Please keep in mind these estimated arrival times are subject to change without notice. It is not recommended to purchase a preorder and expect it to arrive in time for a specific event (holidays, birthdays, etc). Please note that some preorder items will arrive ahead of time. We will ship the products as soon as they arrive to our facilities.

Why preorder an item?

We will reserve that figure or piece for you from our incoming shipment. In some cases our shipments pre-sell-out so only people who preorder with us are able to receive the items because we don’t have any extras left to list for normal in stock sales. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will get a full refund.

Can I cancel a preorder?

No we do not offer refunds for preorder items. In the chance we are able to issue a refund, fees might apply depending on payment method (PayPal charges a % fee which will be deducted from your refund). 

What if I Order an in stock item with my preorder? 

Please note that if an order is placed with both in stock and pre order items that the items will not ship until we receive the pre order item. 

Shipping:

How long does it take for my order to ship?

While most orders ship next day, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship. We fulfill and ship orders on business days (Monday through Friday)

If your order is a preorder item it will ship at the estimated release time (this is subject to change without notice).

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are based on weight and size of the items. Please note international shipping quotes can sometimes be misquoted. (In which case the shipping method/ carrier that is closer to the shipping rate paid for will be chosen)

Does InvasionToys ship internationally?

Yes, all international shipping is done through USPS or UPS

My package was lost/stolen in the mail, will you replace/refund?

We will work each issue case by case and do everything we can to help locate your lost or stolen package. If your package was ultimately stolen/ lost we can not replace or refund the item(s). 

There is no movement on my package, what should I do?

Contact USPS/UPS for any updates.
