Pre-Orders Shipping FAQS:

Q: When will my preorder(s) arrive & ship? A: Each product will have an estimated arrival time. Our artists and vendors supply us with these estimated arrival times and we try to keep them as up to date as possible. Please keep in mind these estimated arrival times are subject to change without notice. It is not recommended to purchase a preorder and expect it to arrive in time for a specific event (holidays, birthdays, etc). Please note that some preorder items will arrive ahead of time. We will ship the products as soon as they arrive to our facilities.

Q: Why preorder an item? A: We will reserve that figure or piece for you from our incoming shipment. In some cases our shipments pre-sell-out so only people who preorder with us are able to receive the items because we don’t have any extras left to list for normal in stock sales. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will get a full refund.

Q: Can I cancel a preorder? A: No we do not offer refunds for preorder items. In the chance we are able to issue a refund, fees might apply depending on payment method (PayPal charges a % fee which will be deducted from your refund).
